I have a hankering for turkey burgers.
Does anyone have a good recipe? Or what do you put in yours?
I've founds ones online that sound good...but I want one that someone can confirm is tasty!
Thanks!

Re: Turkey Burgers
The best tip to see if its tasty is to make a very small one - the size of quarter. Takes a minute to cook and you can adjust the seasoning.
I made mine with green taco sauce, cumin, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs....gee, guess its been a while, I can't remember.
Good Luck!

Re: Turkey Burgers
1) greek style: red onion granulated garlic strained chopped spinach crumbled feta cheese black pepper
DH LOVE them... we put tzaziki on them!
2) like my regular burgers: onion powder garlic powder Worcestershire sauce BBQ sauce (sometime... depends on my mood!)

Re: Turkey Burgers
When I make for friends I take turkey chopped meat with an onion soup packet, BBQ sauce and one egg. I mix, form patties and grill.
I always get rave reviews!

Re: Turkey Burgers
DS puts in garlic powder and other spices- usually the garlic and wine spice from Melting Pot or one of Mrs Dash's.
