tummy ache..help! (update)
my stomach have been acting up this whole week. this is not the first time it's acting up.
i get bad ache but after using the bathroom, i'm fine..until i start eating again. i'm almost 16 weeks and i'm scared. i shouldn't be getting stomach aches so often, right? it's like i'm eating something bad.
**update** so i switched doctor last week and my first appt is not until 8/3. i called them this morning cuz i just wanted to ask. they just called back and said to call back on monday. they will try to squeeze me in earlier
the nurse also said to watch what i eat over the weekend and to avoid spicy food. i was like "ooops...i had kimchi (spicy korean dish) 2 days ago".
no wonder!!

Re: tummy ache..help!
It's very common to have tummy trouble because of our hormones. Eating smaller, blander meals can help. Feel better!

Re: tummy ache..help!
I had a couple really bad episodes with my stomach around that time. Doctors didn't find anything wrong, besides a normal upset tummy. and I told my OB and she didn't seem concerned at all.
pregnancy screws with your digestive system. So I just tried eating a bit blander like Mrs. Patticakes said.
feel better.

If its heartburn-like pain, you can take some Tums. Try smaller meals more often rather than larger meals 3 times a day.

Your body will adjust soon. Like others have said, pg hormones slow down digestion & cause other problems

Re: tummy ache..help!
I go through this like every other week. I eat and my tummy is in knots. My doctor told me to eat bland meals and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
