TTCer crashing needing OB/GYN recommendation
I'm currently at South Shore OB/GYN in East Islip and I cannot stand the 2 hour waits any longer!! I want to find a new practice before I become pregnant, and was considering using a midwife. Stonybrook Midwives is literally minutes from my house, but Stonybrook Hospital is a bit too far for me (I live in Islip Terrace). Does anyone know of any doctors (maybe with midwives) who deliver at Southside or Good Sam?
Thank you, ladies!

I have a few friends who have used Dr. Trivedi in Islip (no midwives though) and rave about him. He delivers at Good Sam.

I see Dr. Franchina in Babylon and he's WONDERFUL! His waits have never been longer than 15 minutes, and he's delivered all of his patients babies

I don't think either hospital has midwives.
Dale Cook from the Gaia Midwives delivers in Huntington hospital.
