Is anyone TTC for #2 and going straight to Kofinas?

I spoke with his office yesterday and he wants me to repeat the NK Cells Bloodwork and I think the Thrombo Panel. Once the bloodwork is back he wants to start me on Metformin, Metnax, Baby Aspirin, Prenatal, Fish Oil and Vitamin D.

I was on Lovenox my entire pregnancy with DD and using the Progesterone suppositories for the first 10 weeks.

Christine said that once the bloodwork comes back he will decide if I should start Lovenox & Progesterone.

I may have to do Intralipids before getting PG. Is that normal? I did Intralipids while PG with DD.

Just wanted to hear some thoughts on what you ladies were doing and the tests you have done.
