Trying to get back into a routine...
I went to the doctor on friday, and found out that a lot of the health related stuff i was going through is stress related... and i know exercising can help reduce stress...
so i'm trying to get into a bit of a routine. Yesterday and today I walked for 20 minutes. Not a whole lot (i'm usually not home until 530... and i still have work to do), but i figure something is better than nothing.
Anyone else have any other quicky exercises that i can work into my routine? Thanks!

Yoga is a great stress reliever, and even just doing a few stretches and the breathing might help a lot.
