True or False
I started WW on 9/16. Since then I've lost 5.7 lbs. This is partially due to 3 things. One is that I've been eating pretty well and since I've been on WW so many times it actually changed my eating habits, so I've actually lost about 25 lbs total over the past few years without really being too hardcore about, just by knowing the principles. Because it's not a huge change for me, I think that's a reason I'm not seeing the huge boost of loss people often see in the early weeks.
Another thing is I had about 3 weeks when my back was really bad so I was llike, barely moving, and third and I think most important is that I now work from home and I am completely sedentary. I sit on my azz all day, then i go tutor, or to choir practice or to meetings and sit on my azz some more.
Soo true or false. if I get my azz on the treadmill for 30 min a day 5x a week, the pounds will melt away!
If not, please make other suggestions that won't be too bad on my back, but will help me speed up my weight loss.
I'm glad to be losing, it's always better than a gain, but I'd like to try to be losing more like 1-2 lbs per week instead of .3-.7 lbs.

Re: True or False
i did five days of cardio roughly 50 minutes a clip if not a full 60 (half elliptical/half tread) on high intensity (not running) and i lost .6lbs but i didn't track that well earlier in that part of the week, this week doing the same thing cardio and closely tracking so it better be more then .6 otherwise i will be PIZZED. I will also be going to the dr. because i will be convinced something is wrong with me medically.
Any type of movement will be better then just no movement and just tracking.

Re: True or False
I'm on a long road. I've already lost 25 lbs. I could lost 100 more and still be within the doctor's chart of helthy weight for my height, but I don't think Id be healthy at 100lbs. I'm looking at 130 as a goal, so a little over 70 more lbs. I don't expect it over night, but my wedding is in June, and I think 25-30 lbs by then should be a reasonable goal. I just need to do more to make it happen without compromising my back

Re: True or False
Have you tried couch to 5k? I lost the mos weight jogging and learned how thanks to this program. And best of all it's free If I were you I would run 3 days a week and try to do some weight training on the off days. Weight training will help build up your back muscles. Good luck
