TRU- still waiting on my online order...
DS just had his birthday and of course he got TRU gift cards. Being I knew I wasn't getting to a store anytime soon, I ordered something online so not to lose the gc. Well, that was last Wed and it is still in fulfillment and has not shipped. I don't think it should be taking this long. This is not looking good.
So, if you have gc's to use, better to get to the store and not do online.

TRU- still waiting on my online order...
I placed an order last week, and half my items arrived 2 days later. I guess it depends on what you order :(

I bought a ton of stuff online and everything shipped out fast and arrived quickly.
One item took a few days longer, but it arrived earlier than the original estimate

I remember it took 2 weeks for something to ship to my cousin when I used gift cards to buy the gift.

I never found them to be prompt with shipping. But I’m sure they’re being inundated with orders.

I did a huge order last week and got everything, albeit in many different shipments. I also got email confirmations when the order was shipped.

I just received an email regarfing the $160 order (all with gift cards) I placed “We wanted to inform you that there is a delay in fulfilling the item listed below in your order. Please accept our apologies for this delay.
At this time we do not have a ship date for the item. Please note, your credit card will not be charged for the item until the order is shipped.”

Will they allow you to cancel? I would call up and demand it. Even under normal circumstances they were a total PITA to reimburse a gift card from a delivery they were unable to fulfill.
