Re: Trick or Treating
I took Rj last year and he was days shy of 13 months old...
I only took him in my moms neighborhood (where I grew up) to show him off to all the neighbors
He enjoyed it! I think thats when he tried his 1st piece of chocolate.

Re: Trick or Treating
I am on the fence about this as well. But I did buy them both those big plastic pumpkin candy holders yesterday at target , just in case.

I took Hayley last year and she was 13 months old. She wasn't walking so we had to carry her up to the houses

Re: Trick or Treating
Well Hailey was only 4 months old last year but we went because of my step son. This year she is 16 months and I am going to attempt letting her run up to a couple of houses. She tries to anyway when we are out walking. I think its fine.

Re: Trick or Treating
We'll bring them around to our neighbors but we probably won't get the "treats."

Re: Trick or Treating
I'm debating this as well. I really don't know my neighbors very well...but my mom said I should bring her to a few houses anyway.

Re: Trick or Treating
Lucas will be 5 months so he'll be dressed up in his stroller and we'll hang with his cousins while they trick-or-treat.
I think 13 months is fine!

I did too, and Matthew walks all over the house with it....now if I can teach him to say "Trick or Treat"

Re: Trick or Treating
I'm taking Emma, but that's only because I have an eight year old also. I would feel weird walking the streets with an infant and going to doors for candy.
When Nicholas was little we usually hit the mall on halloween. The stores pass out candy and have kiddie stuff to do and it's cute to show off their costumes that way.
