How would you pay a sitter/nanny that will travel with you for 3 nights to the beach? For regular sitting we pay her $13/hr but was thinking a day rate would be more reasonable.

Also how do you handle time off? I would want her to take time for herself too. Would we set parameters prior or just see how it goes?
