Travel during 3rd trimester
Sorry! It posted without what I wrote from my phone!
Hi ladies!
I am about 34 weeks pregnant, will be 35 next week. We live OOS from our family (we are in CT, family in NY). Next Sat, SIL is planning a big party and my BIL from VA will be visiting. DR told me lsat time they don't recommend travel within the last month of your due date-I am due 8/31...
WWYD? Would you still travel? If you did travel that late, did it work out OK? We would just go down for a couple of days..

I would go. Worst case scenario there are plenty of amazing hospitals here and you would be in good hands.

Are you talking Fairfield to LI? Or Mystic to Plattsburgh?
There is a huge difference there. If it is a shortish drive (a few hours) I would absolutely go.

There is a huge difference there. If it is a shortish drive (a few hours) I would absolutely go.
ITA - if you were talking a 7-8 hour trek I might sit it out, but if it's only a few hours and you've been feeling good, I think you're still good to go :)
