Do you go to more than one to see who can get the best price?

Reason is I went to a TA that we used for our honeymoon. First time using a TA I think she did a good job. So I contacted her again for another trip DH and I want to go on. She was very busy with the holiday season and all and I haven't heard back from her. Should I give her the benefit of the doubt or contact someone else?

I would call her one more time. What I usually do is check prices out online at Orbitz or Expedia and then go to my travel agent (Liberty Travel). Usually her prices are similar, but they will include airport transfers and make requests for us. So I always research flights and hotel reviews online first.
