Those are about $1M!! Gorgeous though.
What about Oceanside? I grew up there and there are a few townhouse developments.
Valley Townhouses
Oceanside Villas
Oceanside Cove (I think this is a co-op)
Alhambra
There are others but I don't know the names of them. Do a search in MLSLI and click condo/Co-op and put in the town.
There's also the Yacht Club in Island Park that's on the water (not great schools though).

My parents lived in the Alhambra which is on Long beach road in Oceanside next to the New CVS.
There is a party room, work out room and a in ground pool.
The condo's consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. They are 2 floors. My parents were lucky and theirs was completely remodeled before they bought.
The school district is Oceanside

my aunt lives in cameo townhouse development. they are really nice! in massapequa park, but farmingdale schools.
