I am in islip terrace but kids came here to. I heard of a postponement but not specifically for town of islip.

We are in the Town of Islip- but not Islip specifically- and we had tons of Trick or Treaters in our neighborhood yesterday..
I think this whole- let's reschedule TOTing is silly- how can you spread the word to every single neighborhood?
Nobody in my neighborhood seemed to get that memo- they were out in full force yesterday.

We had spent most of the day at my Dads helping him with clean up (freeport)
My mom had heard that it was going to be Sat. and we didn't take kids. Now I don't know if we should take kids Sat, if people aren't expecting then it will be weird to start showing up at peoples homes on Sat. I feel sad that my girls didn't get to celebrate.
