I am just wondering if anyone in TOH has organized a block party. My neighbor is trying to set one up for July 17th. I think that is way too soon, but that is the date they are thinking. They already got the signatures and plan on sending the info to the town this week. My question is, does anyone know if this is enough notice for the town to process and approve this. I want to invite friends, but I don't want to tell them if the party might not happen.
