New Survey: Average price of a wedding
I just saw this on the news:
A new survey found that the average price for a wedding has increased to $30k. That is a 73% increase in the past 15 years. Average price for an engagement ring is $4146. Photography costs have risen 103% since 1999, the average price now is over $2500.
Remember these are nation-wide averages. But still interesting.

wow...i actually think those numbers are on the low side

I think they are on the low side for NY and the metropolitan area in general. But not really for other areas in the country at all.

yeah they are kinda low I am getting married next year and its cost more then what the news is saying
