I don't know anything about the area but the house is really affordable and looks very well maintained, love the kitchen & laundry room!

I live close to this house. It's a very nice area, however being it is right off Sunrise Hwy and Robert Moses Causeway, you might hear some traffic noise. But it's a great area and school district.
