well I had gotten alot of clothes when marissa was born for the fall and winter so that was good and then friends and family bought her some clothes for the summer I also had bought some clothes and n ow that her 1st b-day is next week I told everyone to get her clothes for the winter and fall so I have been doing pretty good with the clothes

His first year I went crazy.. I don't think he hardly wore the same outfit twice and I have a million pics to prove it  I probably spent a few thousand if I had the stomach to add it all up.
I got lucky and the last year I had ALOT of really nice hand me downs from my sister ( her son is 3 months older but always a size ahead) and from my best friends sister who has 2 little boys older then my son.
So I got away with only buying shoes, socks, and a few little pieces here and there.
Now I have no clothes for the fall and need to start shopping.. looks like I will be spending a fortune on fall/winter clothes!

So far I think I've spent maybe $100 of our money. Fortunately my mom has bought most of his clothes. For my shower she gave me 3 suitcases full of stuff in a range of sizes. I really don't have to buy anything. My MIL has also bought him a bunch of clothes. She bought a stash of stuff for her house...he has his own closet full of stuff there.

We've gotten a few gifts but I'd say I buy 95% of his clothes and try to do so on sale.
I could never put a number on it though.... nor do I want to!  I would hate to see his closet if he was a girl!
