Geez, there are 7 open houses in our neighborhood today!
DH says they've all heard we're popping another one out and they are getting out while they can.

LOL, its b/c you live in a really good town and they know they will get what they are asking for b/c people want to move in to that town.  by the way did they extend beech st school anymore?

I went to my sister in laws in South Bellmore and on the way we noticed at least 9 houses for sale and half of them having open houses. On her block there is one house for sale too. It is such a nice neighborhood. Maybe our next house will be there
