Tornado In East Northport Last Night? Possibly!
Just Saw This On Newsday.com
I live in East Northport. The sky got pitch black. It was windy. It rained and was done by 8 or a little after 8PM..or, so, I thought.

I live there and the wind actually opened our outdoor unbrella, it was such a freaky storm! and it was over in a short time. DH was driving home and I went through the garage to open the doors so he didnt have to get out in the rain, he came in and a tree fell right in front of the doors, if it wasn't opened it would have gone through the glass.

I would believe it - we are the next town over from northport and it was CRAZY! My son even woke up this morning asking if we could still watcht he storm

They updated it - a waterspout formed over northport harbor, but there was no tornado.
