Did any of your stylists give you their cell phone number? 
Do you call their cell or the salon when you want to schedule an appointment?

I haven't gone back for a touch-up yet., but I called the salon the first time I went. When I went the first time my stylist wrote her name on a Top Point business card and gave that to me, not her cell number. If your stylist gave you her cell number maybe she just doesn't want to lose the business to another stylist?
