Took a body toning class last and
I cant move today. Damn that class was killer. It was a little step, some weights, some cardio and abs.
My legs are burning

Ah, I love those body toning classes! The more you do it, the less "sore" you will feel - and the results are awesome! Keep doin' it and you will see such a positive change in your body.
