Too Late for Girdle/C-Section Support?
I am 4 weeks post-partum and did not use any type of belly band or girdle as of yet (even though I planned on it) Is it too late? Would it even do anything at this point?

I don't think it would hurt - I asked at the hospital (columbia presbyterian) and my OB's after both csections and they all told me that they really don't do anything and are just uncomfortable after a section to wear. They said if I wanted to try one I could but there is no evidence that they actually work.
