Toning down facial redness
Does anyone use anything either under or their makeup or a certain kind of makeup that tones down redness in their skin?
Lately my skin has been very red and blotchy. Not sure if it's the dry heat of winter, or my eczema flaring up due to stress or whatever.
Either way, my bare minerals covers it but throughout the day the redness starts showing through.
Anyone use anything that helps cover the redness?

I use the green Smashbox makeup primer. The green is supposed to tone down the redness....it works for me, but I dont have too much red.

The green does tone down the redness, I use a green concealor. Also, Eucerin has a Redness Relief line that my sister swears by, although it makes me break out.

hmmm...green - interesting. I get red below my eyes next to my nose (not the apples of the cheeks)
I have been using boi-ing and have been happy with it.

Thanks! I am going to try this and then see about the green primer as well. My skin is just ANGRY these days! I think it's as sick of winter as I am!

I didn't like the Eucerin mosturizer b/c it left green dots in my pours-ick! But I like the Clinique Redness Solutions primer and I love, love, love the new Clinique Redness Solutions mineral powder. This was an amazing minimizer for my redness. So right now I'm using the Eucerin cleanser b/c that I liked with the clinique mosturizers, etc.h
