Tonight DH & I have our cooking class at Viking Cooking School!!
I cannot wait!!
We are doing 6 around the stove Retro Dinner Party--so its DH & I, 4 others and the chef!!
THe menu is
Imperial Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Salad with homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Filet Mognon wrapped in Bacon with Bernaise Sauce
Oven Grilled Asparagus
Twice Baked Tall Potatoes
Bananas Foster
I cannot wait until 6 pm!!!
