tongue tie surgery....
my DS is 3 yo. we didnt have it done earlier bc he didnt have a problem eating but now it could be a speech issue since its very pronounced and the tip of his tongue causing it to look heart shaped when he stick it out.
has anyone had this done and so who did you go with and how did it go... so scared of the anesthesia....

Had it done on my daughter at 9 months. We chose a laser revision which let her be awake and have us in the room. No bleeding and she nursed and ate normally as soon as the procedure was over. Highly recommend Dr. Siegal in melville.
