toeless leggings

I see a lot of my Korean students wearing these leggings that are toeless and go over your heel and then stop, by say the arch. I can't find them anywhere and every time I ask them where they got them they say Korea.

Anyone know where I can find them online? I wish I had a pic, but I don't.

ETA: I do have a pic. What I am looking for is something with a thicker material (these are tights), although I might pick up some of these.

I have tried this. I am 5'8 so it rarely works for me with just regular leggings.

A friend of mine got hers at Kohls, they were black and shiny, she's 5'6 and they didn't get too see through. She said she just stretched them to make them fit like that. Now that it's almost summer up here, I am giving up for this season, I don't normally shop at Kohls but I would give them a try.
