I have gotten them from a few places. Old Navy, TCP -- stuff like that.
Supposedly Hanna Anderson has AMAZING tights but she doesn't wear them often enough for me to order them from a catalog.

most of the other places mentioned and H&M, I love the patterns and colors they have but they're more $$$ than the other stores.
