Toddler shoes- next question H&M?
What do you put on your toddlers feet for camp? Sneakers? Closed toe sandals? If sandals, do they wear socks? Sandals look so much cuter but the last thing I need is DD flying all over the place.

Re: Toddler shoes
Most camps don't allow sandals and ONLY sneakers. They are outside all day playing so best thing for their feet is sneakers. For swim they say to throw in flip flops or crocs. I have boys so they wear sneakers in camp and I have Crocs in their camp bags. They only wear those for swim time and leave them right outside the fence with their towels.

Re: Toddler shoes
Stride Rite used to have a sandal but with more of a covered toe. Like this:
I used to get those for DD because they were allowed at daycare. They were less hot than a sneaker and sock and they were sturdy enough and had enough traction on the sole for playing

I thought that too but I definitely saw kids last year in sandals.
I would never put anything open toed on DD. That’s a disaster waiting to happen.

They are perfect. Enough protection for the toes, but open enough for ventilation.

Re: Toddler shoes
DD goes to daycare, but they go outside. I usually put her in closed toe sandals or sneakers. They also keep a pair of water shoes for her there.

Second question....how do H&M's toddler sneakers run? They start at a 7.5 and DD is barely a 7 but I see a pair I love.
