Toddler moms, when did you start regular toothpaste?
Roman already spits when he brushes, I was thinking it would be okay.

I asked at my 3 year old appt and my dr said to stick with trainer for now. My son also rinses/spits but not sure how much he is eating/swallowing. My Dr's rule was when they are old enough to understand not to eat/swallow the toothpaste.
