Toddler moms please share your bedtime routine

We switched DS to big boy furniture. He is sleeping really well at night but we are having a hard time getting him down for bed. We are doing the same thing we were doing in the crib but he knows he can get down when he wants. TIA

Bath, a cup of milk, brush teeth, use potty, then into bed for 2 stories. We have the lights in the kids rooms on dimmer switches, so I dim the lights for the stories. Then lights out, and white noise machine on.
