toddler holiday gift ideas

people keep asking...he has 4 different ride on toys...the push trike, a bike, a push car, trampoline / ball pit, rocketship slide playset...i mean...this kid has SOOOOO many darn toys. I was having a hard time trying to think of what he could use that suits his age... he'll be almost 18 months by christmas...so figure toys that will last past 2 years of age.

here are a few i thought of...not sure if i'm missing any "must have" toys for a toddler boy:

Building blocks
train table
sand / water table
disney DVDs

what about educational and creative toys?

is there anything that came out recently that anyone thinks is really awesome?

Re: toddler holiday gift ideas

Get stocked in the classics:

A nice fire truck with ladder
A toy train (any kind)
Digging trucks (Costco had some really nice ones)

Also:
Books: holiday books, "paper" ones, llama llama ones (pricey)

I limit people to a $20 gift (even grandmas), so we don't have a surplus.
