Toddler Bfasts/Meals
My DD who used to be a great eater is turning into a horrible eater. I am not worried... just running out of ideas.
At 16 mo. I still feed her Stage 2 &3 veggies and fruit becuase she won't eat any cut up fruits and veggies on her own. She will eat whatever else I give her on her own USUALLY..but most of it ends up on the floor.
I am just running out of bfast ideas also. I do give her pancakes, waffles, french toast and jarred fruit.
Do you give regular oatmeal and cream of wheat? I still give her gerber cereal.
Do you give any regular cereals?? Thanks

I tried giving Troy cream of wheat, he was not a fan of the consistency. I have yet to try regular oatmeal, but know people who have/do give their toddlers regular oatmeal.

Roman is unpredictable with his eating. I usually make him anything as long as it has a balance of nutrients. He's had everything from pizza for breakfast or yogurt with graham crackers and fruit slices. He used to be in a drinking stage so I threw everything in a blender and made smoothies.

Re: Toddler Bfasts/Meals
DD isn't a poor eater, but whenever I feel like she isnt eating enough fruits and veggies I make her a veggie burger. She is a big fan of the morningstar farms ones, especially the tomato basil.
Have you tried rasins? They are always a big hit here. Also, you can make scrambled eggs and put in small pieces of diced veggies and maybe add some cheese.

We give DD regular oatmeal, but hardly eats it now that she wants to feed herself. Definitely try veggie scrambles (veggies with scrambled eggs). You can also mix applesauce into pancake mix to get the fruit in somehow.

Re: Toddler Bfasts/Meals
I give DD regular oatmeal mixed with raisins, as well as cream of wheat with some strawberry jelly mixed in. She goes crazy for it! For breakfast, we also do scrambled eggs with shredded chedder and mozzarella cheese, vanilla yogurt mixed with granola, and cheerios with bananas. She will be 2 in May.
