Toddler and crying when going out
DS was always an easy going baby, but everytime we go out lately he has been crying in public. He is so scared to go out, and clings to me. Is there anything I can do to get him no so afraid of going out?

He was always afraid of the doctor's office, but recently anytime we are in an area with strangers he goes nuts. He starts crying, and holding onto me. I think he is afraid of seeing strangers.

He is great with immediate family. On Sunday we went out for dinner with extended family and he was crying for the first 20 minutes. He cries sometimes if there is too many people around him, and doesn't like loud noises. I was thinking of maybe signing him up for gymboree classes to see if that can help him overcome his fear.
