Tobay Sprinkler Park?
Does anyone know what time the sprinkler park opens?
The town website says fee collection for Tobay is from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. but if I remember correctly from last year the sprinklers arent turned on until later.

Tobay Sprinkler Park?
I know when I went last week around noon, it was already packed. So I would assume around that time, maybe even 11ish when the shack opens.
