TOBAY permits for apron
Has anyone had to go to the Town of Osyter Bay to get a permit to widen their apron? How much was it? was it an easy process? do we "have" to do this? Where do you go?
TIA!

Re: TOBAY permits for apron
Just a head's up. You need a permit for EVERYTHING in TOBAY township. Even to cut any trees.
They are very behind and it may take a while. A variance to do a front extention on our house would take about 8 months right now to get a permit.

DH said it will not be a variance if the edge of the new apron is at least 8 feet from your property line. not sure where ur driveway is on the property
