To BD or not to BD....
Do you girls the night before transfer? I have read mixed suggestions.

I heard mixed things too. I didn't BD before the transfer with the triplets and it worked obviously so I didn't this time either. Good luck tomorrow!!!!

i wasnt told either way. i didnt think bd'ing would be helpful at all bc you arent ovulating?

I did for our last IVF and got a BFP. I didn't know about it till one of the nurses suggested it.

i dont remember if i did or not, although i do remember we BD the night of the ER!! the reason they say to BD is because DHs semen in the uterus could sort of regulate the uterus to be more accepting of his DNA when the embryo is trying to implant. basically so that the uterus doesn't think the embryo is a virus or intruder and release NK cells. i think its just a theory, but theres nothing wrong with BDing if you are up to it!! it can only help, it wont hurt anything!

I the night before my FET and that was the cycle that worked for me. Have fun it can't hurt, I also did pineapple for seven days I read it helps with implantation. Good luck!
