TMI question

I'll be 18 weeks tommorow.

Tonight, I;ve been having a lot of pain in my V area, and it almost feels like its swollen internally. Also very sore to wipe.

Anyone ever have anything like this? Should I call my midwife? I have my normal appt monday and will mention in then if its something thats just weird and annoying.

I've been getting that on & off for the past few weeks...sometimes the pain is so sharp it catches me off guard. My doc said that it's normal & due to stretching of the ligaments & changes in the pelvis, but I'd def mention it to your midwife when you see her next
