TMI brown discharge question?

I am 7w tomorrow and this morning I woke up to a lot of brown discharge. Some was on my underwear but it was mostly when I wiped about 2 or 3 times. I have a panty liner on now but I haven't had it since. I have had slight cramping here and there but nothing unbearable. I called the doc but I'm waiting for him to call me back. Just seeing if this is normal?? I never had anything with my first.

I'm panicking bc now I'm making myself think my symptoms are going away. I've had bad ms since abt 5w but today it's not as severe.
