TMI -- skin tags?
So embarrassed to post this and I'll probably take it down, but has anyone gotten a skin tag on their nipple? 
I have one and want to know if I should just wait and ask my midwife at next month's appointment or if I should see a dermatologist to have it removed beforehand.
I'm 22wks along with my 3rd pregnancy. I BF'd both other DCs and I definitely want to BF again and don't want this to have a negative effect on my BFing. Any advice?
Sorry for the TMI -- I'm grossed out by this!!

I don't have them there, but I read in one of my books that it's common to get more during pregnancy. I don't think it will affect BFing but ask your midwife when you see her anyway.

my infant had one, and the dermatlogist removed it so fast. they say its not a big deal, but if it nbothers u remove it

I had one develop near my nipple...like on the areola when I was pregnant with my DD. I was so nervous to do anything about it that I just left it. I don't know why but it freaks me out. I do not feel that it effected me from nursing. But I really need to get over my fear and just have it removed!

i had one, but right in the groin area on my upper leg.
So when i delivered my son, i had them snip off at the same time.

I got two during my last pregnancy both under my armpit. I had them removed at the dermatologist after dd was born.

I don't have any near my nipple, but I had a few before getting pregnant and I've definitely noticed more on my neck especially, since being pregnant. I would really like to have them removed.
Ask about it, but I can't see how it would effect BF.
