Tired of People
I don't know what it is, I'm tired of freaking people. I'm tired of people thinking they have the right to tell me what to do or to decide if what I am doing is right or wrong. Stick to your own little pathetic life, because clearly my life is more interesting than yours if you need to butt in and make judgements, and leave me alone.
Sorry. I'm just really getting tired of it and needed to vent. Thank you for letting me do so!

I agree. I don't know what it is about pregnancy that makes people especially think they can spout off whatever they feel like.
My boss has been telling me every day for the past week, everytime I put something in my mouth, "remember, every pound you put on, you have to take off... a baby is only 7 lbs..."
um...really? and I'm only 11 weeks. Thanks, asshole.

Yes ladies!!! I'm glad I'm not alone.
I was doing well just brushing this garbage off which is what I typically do but last week I had parent teacher conferences and not only did my students tell me that I am looking mighty pregnant and waddling, then I had pretty much every parent tell me how freaking round I was and how huge and asking me if I was sure I wasn't going to have the baby any minute. Ugh!! And then even friends and family are being ugh!! And I'm being given a hard time by people for pushing myself too hard and then others are saying I need to do more. And now the opinions of how I am raising my son and my future daughter are starting. I actually told one person that I am looking forward to keeping the current psych majors in business once my kids end up in therapy because of me.
I told one of my good friends that I am just going to go crazy on everybody and blame it on the hormones!! Funny thing is that he was like - what other time can you use that excuse!!

I had a horrible stomach virus right before christmas, where I didn't eat anything for a week and didn't gain any weight from Nov until Jan. When I got back from Christmas Break my boss goes, "woah, you really put on some there." I told him I actually haven't gained any weight in a month in a half and he had the audacity to say "well maybe you need to get weighed again."
Like really .... do you think my major concern after being sick and dizzy for a week is how fat I look to you!

My boss is a WOMAN.... not sure if that's better or worse.
After the 3rd day I must've shot her a look to kill because she quickly said, "That's what Richard (her husband) used to say to me all the time when I was pregnant...blah blah blah"
I wanted to say, just because your d bag husband sucks doesn't mean I have to hear it too... god. maybe it's the hormones making me crazy, but seriously, who says shit like that to a prego chick...
