tired....

I hate waiting, we have been in contract for over a month now and we handed in all our paper work and got all inspection and apprisal etc. all done the minute they asked for it. Its been over a week now since we had the Homeowner insuarnce faxed over and we are still waiting on a closing date.. I was hoping to get in by our estimated closing date (march 15) but now im thinking its not going to happen! er Im tired of waiting i just want to turn the key to our 1st home already!

Oh, I know how you feel - I was just there! We handed in all our paperwork on Dec. 22, got our mortgage commitment on Jan. 15, and then got our clearance to close a month after that - Feb. 16.

The problem was, every time I passed one step, my mortgage guy would tell me that it would take 10-14 days until the next step. And it took a whole month. So I'd be so anxious and so tired of waiting for the phone to ring.

But don't worry - you have all your stuff in, you did everything right, and it will happen. And once it does, it'll all go so fast, you won't know what hit you! Good luck.
