I'm having a facial and microdermabrasion at the spa section of my dermatologists office. what's the protocol? a 20% tip? i guess it seems odd to me because it's my dermatologist's office but it's not the dermatologist doing it. it's an esthetician doing it. just thought i'd double check with you all.
