Tipping for carpet installation
How much should I tip for installation - its one room, 12 x 12 and closet, one guy. Old carpet going out as well but we paid extra for that. TIA!

I tipped $5 for each of the installer's cause we had 4 working our house when we had carpet laid down in the LR, stairs, hallway and 2 rooms upstairs.

We had two rooms done about that same size and our basement stairs. We pulled up the carpeting ourselves, so we tipped them $25 each for installation (there was two of them).
