Tipping at the makeup counter...
I think I asked this same question once before and got no responses  so ... take 2
When you get your makeup done at the counter in the department store (for a night out or an event) do you tip?
To get the appt I'm required to purchase $75 worth of products, but do I also throw the woman some cash?
