Tiny Bathtub
anyone have a non-standard size, tiny tub? Is it really awful? We won't have much room in our bathroom, but since it's our only one, we really think there should be a tub instead of just a shower. We're only likely to fit a small one, and I'm not sure if it'd just be too uncomfortable/small to actually use.

Re: Tiny Bathtub
I had a small tub in my last condo. It was a little bit smaller than standard size. i tried to take a bath in it once. it wasn't worth it.... I think that a small tub is good if you have a small child, but other than that it serves no purpose. I would rather just have a stand up shower.

Mine is just standard but I def. suggest putting one in. Not only for resale value but if you have kids or plan on having kids it would be nice to have.

We'll definitely be selling before we have kids - it's just an apartment. But I don't want to alienate neither potential buyers with children by putting in just a shower, nor professional couples by putting in a tub they can't get into HMMMMM tricky!
