I WANT TO WATCH JOHN ADAMS...

but my HBO on Demand feature hasn't worked since Sunday and every-time I call they have me reboot my system to NO AVAIL... Sunday night they said they'll do something that will take 24 hours... Monday night, I was told it could take up to 48 hours and now tonight, they MAY have to send a service technician.




now... whenever I *DO* turn on the tv, it shuts itself off and reboots.

I JUST WANT TO WATCH JOHN ADAMS....
