does everyone have a good experience online once tickets go on sale? DH wants to go to the MSG box office, but I don't think that is necessary. thanks

Ive always bought my tickets online...and Ive never had a problem...
I know there is some kinda "club" you could pay to be in, so you get to order your tickets a few days earlier then everyone else... if your concerned about the event being sold out...

thanks, I find that MSG sells out of good seats so quick. I had a bad GnR experience 2 years ago.

I've used Ticketmaster online a lot of times - very easy to get tickets & better seats. I'd use Ticketmaster online UNLESS you're trying for throwback seats the day of the show - than box office would be your only bet.
