Ticket master...can I call a num,ber and talk to a human?!?!
I am trying to buy tickets and every time I throw back the tickets to try to search for a different area, they give me the same exact section, row everything....so frustrating...I wish you could put in a section(s) to narrow down about where you want...why does it always have to be what they want to give you! it is presale so I know they arent sold out just yet
Has anyone bought tickets from a human at ticketmaster

Did you try buying online?
Sometimes you can pick your seats like you pick seats for an airplane.

If you don't have any luck w/the telephone number, you can try going down to a ticketmaster outlet. There's one in Smithhaven Mall, and I've heard there are some outlets in Wal-Mart (not sure which ones though), or you can go down to the box office of the venue.
If you're trying to buy online, try to search by different sections as opposed to best available.

I've seen it on both livenation.com and ticketmaster.com but it's not available for all shows.

Most of the times the presales are ticketmaster online only. You usually cannot buy at a ticketmaster outlet or the box office during the presale. Ticketmaster online does not give you an option to pick a particular section, just a price range or level. Sometimes when you call the phone #, if you are lucky enough to get an agent and not the automated system they might check other sections for you.

Re: Ticket master...can I call a num,ber and talk to a human?!?!
the number listed by the 2nd poster is correct... just keep hitting zero after every menu...
you can always check out http://gethuman.com/ ... it tells you what menu choices to use to get to a person for almost every major 800 number....
