thrush questions - please help

i think my 5 month old has thrush. has a thick white coating on tongue. her tongue is always white from milk, but i tried to wash it off, wont come off. isnt 5 months old for thrush? will call ped in AM, but how do they treat? its only on her tongue though. does this sound like thrush?
also - how do i know if i have it too?i dont have any symptoms. do i need a script? another question - i pump, she gets bottles during the day - do i need to sterilize the bottles? what about any milk i froze since ethis started? is it contaminated?

Here's some articles from Kellymom about thrush. If it's what you are suspecting, call the PED. I don't think your milk would be contaminated as the milk itself has antibacterial properties that would have killed it off.
