I'd say no. Just reading their "About Us" section makes it questionable to me (incorrect spelling, wording, etc.)
eta: Even the links on the left have Ultra spelt as Utral.

i read on the ugg website the other day that any website besides the approved ugg website that has the word "ugg" in the domain name is most likely conterfeit.
